Jabdaguri service policies
Privacy Policy
How Jabdaguri.com and all services under it handle personal information, retention, deletion, analytics and privacy requests.
Effective date
1. Scope and operator
The operator of Jabdaguri applies this Privacy Policy to Jabdaguri.com and all services under it. Any additional privacy notices provided for an individual service or feature also apply.
We process personal information only as needed to provide the features you use. The items below apply when you use the relevant feature; the information processed may differ depending on the features available in each service.
2. Information we process and why
- Feedback: We use the subject, message and any contact details you voluntarily include to review inquiries and resolve issues. Your message is sent to the operator by email for receipt and handling.
- Community content: We use nicknames, posts, comments, attached images and password verification data to publish, edit and delete content and prevent abuse. Published content, nicknames and images may be visible to other visitors.
- Game rankings: We use nicknames, difficulty levels, achievements, submission times and record identifiers to provide rankings. Passwords that protect nicknames are stored as verification hashes rather than plain text and are never shown in public rankings.
- Visit and usage analytics: Google Analytics processes visited pages, referral information, service and language, feature usage, device and browser information, cookie identifiers and similar data. Our custom analytics events exclude search terms and user-written subjects and messages. We remove ordinary search parameters and fragments from page URLs.
- Access and security: Our servers and hosting or security providers may process IP addresses, request times, browser information and similar data to handle communications, protect the service and prevent excessive requests.
3. Browser storage, cookies and analytics choices
We use the country code supplied with your request to apply regional rules, without requesting GPS access or separately storing your IP for this determination. In South Korea, Japan and the United States, feature analytics starts by default when no choice is saved; you can object in the footer at any time. Other regions and failed country lookups require a choice first. When advertising is enabled in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, Google's consent message also controls analytics, without a separate initial analytics banner. In other consent-required regions, “Allow basic” permits visit statistics and non-personalized ads; with advertising disabled, it permits visit statistics only. Existing rejections and visits-only choices take priority. We do not enable Google Signals or ads personalization using Analytics data.
Depending on the feature, browser storage holds your language, bookmarks, game progress, timers, drafts and analytics preference. Information stored only in your browser is not automatically synced to a server account unless a feature separately sends it. You can remove it by clearing site data in your browser; this may also erase saved progress.
“Allow visit statistics only” uses Google Analytics cookies to measure visitors, sessions, page views and basic visit information such as device and browser details. “Allow” also collects feature events such as searches, clicks, bookmarks and posts. Visits only does not send feature events, campaign parameters or referrer URLs. This is neither anonymous analytics nor storage essential to using the service. Analytics stays off until a choice where prior consent is required. Existing rejections apply in every region.
Use “Cookie settings” in the Jabdaguri home footer to change the scope or decline analytics. Declining does not restrict access to the services. Browser storage needed for features such as language and game progress is separate from analytics consent.
Google Analytics may use cookies for visit statistics. Select Exclude this browser from analytics at the bottom of this page to stop future analytics transmissions from this browser. Set this separately on other devices and browsers. This choice alone does not delete data already collected. You can also restrict cookies in your browser settings or use Google’s analytics opt-out tool.
4. External services and information sharing
We use the following providers as needed to operate the services. Their processing may include storage or processing outside South Korea. Each provider’s policies also apply to matters such as processing locations and retention periods.
- Google: visit and usage analytics through Analytics, and AdSense ad delivery and measurement on pages with ads enabled.
- FormSubmit and the operator’s email provider: email delivery of feedback subjects and messages, and inquiry handling.
- Cloudflare: access information needed to deliver websites and images, provide network connections and handle security.
When ads are enabled, Google and third-party advertising providers may use cookies, IP addresses, device and browser information and ad interactions to deliver and measure ads and prevent invalid traffic. Advertising cookies may personalize ads based on previous visits to this or other websites. Where required, a Google-certified consent message collects your choices. Use the displayed “Privacy and cookie settings” link to change them. Analytics consent and analytics exclusion do not provide advertising consent. Verified automatic regions use non-personalized ads by default; other regions use separate advertising-cookie choices or Google's consent message. GPC signals and advertising opt-outs restrict personalization. Google may serve eligible limited ads after a European consent rejection. Non-personalized ads may still use cookies.
See how Google uses data from partner sites. Manage personalized ads in My Ad Center or restrict cookies in your browser. Turning off personalization does not remove ads or necessarily block all advertising cookies.
Public posts and rankings are shown to other visitors according to the feature. For sharing beyond the external services described above, we check the applicable legal basis or provide the required notice and consent process.
5. Retention, deletion and safeguards
Browser data remains until you delete it or your browser removes it under its storage policies. We retain posts, comments, attachments and rankings while providing the relevant feature. You can request deletion using available deletion controls or by contacting the operator. Inquiry emails are kept as needed to handle inquiries and disputes, then removed when their purpose is fulfilled or a valid deletion request is received. Analytics data follows the property’s retention settings and Google’s policies.
Where the law requires retention, we keep only the necessary information separately for the required period. Information marked for deletion is removed in a manner that makes recovery difficult. Any remaining backup data is used only for recovery or security and removed as backups are replaced or cleared. We protect information with restricted server access, encrypted transmission, password hashing and private storage of authentication information.
6. Your rights, contact and policy changes
The Jabdaguri operator is responsible for privacy matters. Use “Send feedback” in the service you are using to request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing. Put “Privacy inquiry” in the subject and describe the relevant information and how we can reply. We may request the minimum information needed to verify that you are entitled to make the request.
Changes to this policy and their effective date will be announced on this page. If new processing requires separate consent, we will obtain it before proceeding.
